Remarks :

You need to be 12th pass out from commerce background for bcom course, there's no specific grade or percentage criteria for admission you just need to be 12th pass for admission in college. Admission forms can be filled both online and offline, and it is very easy I didn't have any problem except one which was income certificate.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted work in share market field that's why I choose bcom course it helps me to understand about stocks/shares, business, economy etc. It also opens a wide range of future job opportunities so it was best course to choose for me.

Internships Opportunities :

Du SOL university regulates time to time internships for sol students in 2nd and 3rd year, they are mainly between summer and winter vacations, although I never participated in that but my friend tried to enroll but it was just a bad experience

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I paid 7820 for my first year, although fees has been increased of colleges recently so don't have any specific figure for next year fee. I belong to general category so I don't recieve any fee consetion.

Campus Life :

There's no club involvement given by university, so as such there is no sport and extracurricular activities provided to the students. I think at least some extra curriculum should have been provided by the university.

Faculty :

Young teachers are really teaching in very good way, they always cooperating and helping. Although the senior staff is rude and doesn't listen to students easily, they just try to avoid using in every way.

Thriving After Hours: A Comprehensive Review of Campus Life at Dyal Singh Evening College

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate the course curriculum at Dyal Singh Evening College as **8 out of 10** in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. Relevance: The curriculum is generally aligned with current academic and industry standards, ensuring that students are exposed to both foundational theories and contemporary developments in their fields. The inclusion of skill-enhancement courses and electives allows students to tailor their education to match their career aspirations, making the curriculum quite relevant to real-world applications. Comprehensiveness: The curriculum covers a broad range of topics within each discipline, providing a thorough understanding of core subjects while also allowing for specialization. However, like many institutions, there may be occasional gaps in addressing emerging trends or interdisciplinary approaches, which could enhance the comprehensiveness further. Overall, the curriculum does a solid job of preparing students for further academic pursuits.

Life of a student at JMC

Course Curriculum Overview :

the course curriculum at jmc is well structured and offers a solid foundation core subjects. what made me choose BCom honours is the range of elective is that let me focus on what my interest is in and what is great for personalising my studies. The curriculum enclose real world topics are prepare me for actual situation, which are really helpful, it balances theory and practical well, helping me to get ready for both job and further studies, internships and projects give me hand hands on experience as well, exams are spaced out well, but they can be challenging the test. My understanding thoroughly, so we have to be prepared. More practical assessment might make things even better. They also use modern teaching methods and technology technology that makes classes more engaging. They also add more practical projects or industry connections that make the learning even more relevant.

OVERVIEW to MSCW

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of their course, a lot of companies do come in our college through our placement cell of mata sundari college for Women, like KPMG and p&c which do offer placements in our college. The average package offered at Mata sundari is of 5 LPA, the highest package acc to 2022-23 year was 6.6 LPA, so not a lot of scope and dependence of placement through our college. Although the placement rate is 60% in bcom and honors. I am pursuing CA with bcom, so i am not dependent on the placement cell of the college.

A good college to pursue the bachelors degree

Placement Experience :

The students become eligible for campus placements from their last year. The companies that visited the college for campus placements were wipro, TresVista, Flipkart, Aon, Moglix,PlanetSpark, Propacity etc. According to some of my seniors in the same course the highest package was something around 21 lakhs and the average package is about 3-5 lakhs. The percentage of students that get placed is 30%. My plans after getting the degree is to get into a college for my masters degree.
