- computer labs are very good and well maintained
- huge stadium and grounds for sports and other activities
Dislikes
- faculty is not very helpful and opposite gender friendships are not welcomed openly
Remarks :
the admission process was easy but it had long lines due to the admission process being all offline and it made it pretty hard as admissions are done during june month, so we had to stand in line in scroching heat
Course Curriculum Overview :
the curriculum is good and is also includes practicals which helps in getting a hang of how the it industry works. it is moderately tough and an average student can get pretty good marks if he takes is seriously.
Internships Opportunities :
there are companies like tcs,infosys etc which come to hire freshers and sometimes even local companies are present to hire students. there are regular intenship programs and projects provided by college itself
Placement Experience :
the placements are average in our college it is aroung 4-5lpa and there are 3-4 companies which come every year and hire students. 30-40% students are hired every year and get intership programs are also there
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees is around 35k with the exam fees included. There is reservation availabe for the reserved category students and the fees is around 1k rupess for them. There are numerous scholarships available for students.
Campus Life :
the campus life is average but if you want to participate in sports then it can be good as this college is one of the best college for sport activitites in nashik and there even competitiions held on regular basis
Faculty :
the teaching faculty members are good and helpful during intership programs, there are practicals on regular basis which helps us understand the course in more depth and also it helps us in understanding how everything works

Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is really good at xavier's. The faculties provide examples of real life applications to most of the theory they teach. But the curriculum needs more projects and hands on experiments in several aspects. Two semester exams in a year is conducted and the difficulty level range from moderate to difficult.

The subject I opted is microbiology and our department is actually very strict in case of studies but on the same side the staff is also very good . We very perform various experiment like testing blood,water and soil which are used in laboratories in day to day examination. The teaching method is also very great to understand. Considering Bsc. Economics is an academic and not a professional degree, the placement cell of our college is fairly decent. Most people don't sit for the placements as they want to pursue masters in economics or an MBA.
