- I liked that the faculties here are very supportive and try their best to make us understand the concepts easily.also, the placement drive heads and faculties also make us aware of what is currently going on in the placement drives .
- Also, dean mam of our college is so humble towards us. We can explore the collage by taking part into various societies based on our personal interests . infrastructure of the collage is also good as it contains air conditioned libraries and comp lab
- I'm engaged in NGO run by our college named drishti. The social life of our several platforms are linked across various other platforms outside the collage which enables us to learn more from others and also to help others.
Dislikes
- The thing that I disliked about my college is that it doesn't have a well to do campus.like there must be canteens in the campus and also , the campus area is quite large.if the building and parkings can be developed then the land can be utilised god
- The other one is that the teaching hours for BCA ,BBA courses are only for 4 hours which make it difficult to cover such vast syllabus.
- Other course should also have to provide here like btech , pharmacy, and several branches of btech.
Remarks :
The students who have maths in their 11th 12th and comes from cs background can apply for the BCA .also, the students of bio field can apply because this course ,ie BCA, and the other undergraduate course BBA is not taken any entrance exam. It selects based on the 12th result of the student.there are 2or 3 lists come after filling the admission application form and the students who have high cutoff gets selected in serial wisecas their names and form no. Comes to the list. You can apply online for the form after your 12th results As I know there js no reservation benefits during the admission. Also, the field in which they have to improve is the interaction class held just after coming the admission list as there is quite difficult to understand it during my interaction. The 2nd and 3rd floor is not air conditioned but only the first floor and all staff rooms are .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course BCA overall contains the subjects equivalent to btech .however, not all the core subjects of btech but most of the subject. Here ,we face difficulties as the syllabus of aome subjects are very vast and the lectures provided to that particular subjects are quite minimum to cover it completely.here we have to also prepare by our self. Real life applications of the core subjects of BCA helps us to get placed in some service based companies and also ables us to make high level projects .however , most of the students choose to go for higher studies rather than jobs after BCA. The area of improvement here required is to make the teaching hours long and the infrastructure a little bit good. During exams , the clock isn't available in all the rooms results to the difficulties.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship offered by the collage can be divided into two categories.one is external and other is internal. In both external and internal the faculties are assigned to the individual or a group and in internal, students have to report every day to their respective mentor whereas in external, the students have to report once in a week.
Placement Experience :
The placement drive was unfortunately unsuccessful this year ,2024. but otherwise the placement drives works very well here the highest Statics when students get placed is the year 2022. More offers come for MBA and MCA as they are master's degree.for bachelor like BBA and BCA, the companies offers an average of 3.5lpa to 6lpa. Students become eligible to get placed in their final year of the course. The on campus placement and off campus placement offers a wide range of packages and internships. During on campus placement, for BCA course, service based companies visits like wipro, infosis, Vodafone etc . The highest package offered by the Accenture of arounf 9lpa to the BBA undergraduate course in 2023. Recently, Accenture also visited for MCA sutdents. Sutdents placed from on campus is around 60-70 percent whereas other from them go for off campus interviews. Talking about my plan , I like to persue MCA after my undergraduate degree of BCA .I would like to prepare for nimcet.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
BIT, Birla institute of technology , Lalpur offers only 4 courses, BCA,BBA,MBA and MCA out of which I'm pursuing BCA and currently in 2nd year. BCA is three years undergraduate course which also provides master's in BCA if you go for 4 years. Talking about the fee structure, the course is total costs 540700.0 for three years in which the fees also increases by every semester. In first yeat , I had paid 1.75lac , and in second year it's same as 1.75lac but in third year , it's total reached to 1.90lac. The scholarship worked here is known as GP Birla scholarship and for local OBC jharkhand students, the e-kalyaan is the scholarship which they can fill. The scholarship provifes upto 50percent fees back and also helpful for the students who are capable for doing good but faces the financial crisis. The collage BIT lalpur is an extension whose main branch is BIT MERSA, Ranchi. Our college also runs NGO's like drishti ngo and also have various societies for the students.
Campus Life :
I would like to say that that the overall experience with the campus life is somewhat both positive and negative for me. Campus life limits where the fests get organized because some students really don't show any excitement and it leads to large number of anticipation. Clubs and societies are too okay in order to become a smart personality of the collage and it also provides the certificates of achievements .
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels rooms are not provided by the BIT lalpur itself. Some students live in public hostels, or PGs .others comes from their respective homes as they live nearby the collage . My hostel provides good menu and it's locality is at walkable distance from the collage
Faculty :
The faculties here are most of PhDs and the iitians which makes the standerds of teaching quite high and is fruitful for all the students We interact with the teacher's very frequently as they help us alot to guide in our future and higher studies.also, they teach there lectures very well.

Bca, MCA, B.Com, M.Com students are likely to get higher packages. TCS visits our university. 60% students get placed every year. My plans after digree is to get a job and then after one year going to pursue MBA

Placement Experience :
The third year students are eligible for the placements. There are 129+ companies which comes for their support to the students such as aditya birla , reliance infosys wipro and many more. The highest package is 80lpa and the average is 7lpa 70-80% of students gest campus placement

The placement of our collage is very good in this collage campus placement is offered after the 5th semester you can eligible for the intership and the placement. 75% of students gets the placement on in this collage

The percentage of student gets placement is 75%. My plan is doing MCA after BCA.
