- Du is one of those universities that is very demanding and common for many students to get admission in. it's maybe because of its worth for getting a decent job or maybe for its campus
- Usually to get your desired college is very difficult and it happened with me also as I got a off campus college which was beyond expectations but that's okay I'm okay with that because what matters is their study , education we get from there..
- Du colleges have a very exciting and amazing thing that they have so many fests , activities, etc that will blow up your mind and you will be keen to participate and the faculties to are amazing..
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is a thing that can be improved and some off campus colleges are not in good condition and area they might get changed a bit
Remarks :
Eligibility of the course was to get through CUET All the process was done by cuet After clearing in cuet and getting a college by them students can fill out the online form through their respective websites And fees were to be paid online There are 2 semesters in one year and one has to give both exams to clear 1st year Suggestion to improve the cuet criteria. it should be based on the 12th result
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically, I was a commerce student so I didn't have much choices and it was already clear that I want to do bcom honours from du. The teaching methods and concepts are so helpful in reality and day-to-day life that's also a factor to crave for this course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes ! Fees of du colleges are quite minimal and affordable but yes they keep on increasing by some amount usually in years Scholarship is also given by them Through different policies for economically weaker sections students There's a scheme called sashaktha that's for girls in which they are given 1000 one time And many more policies Plus placement cell also helps us
Campus Life :
There's always fests of different departments, and cultural groups, which is so amazing An annual fest happens in college that's so wow Books are available in the Library of all departments Sports have also been a great adventure here
Faculty :
The faculties are quite decent and full of knowledge. they just get so linked to students that helps them in various ways. My faculties make us understand the concept first and then ask us to make notes by ourselves so that we can go through it and can recall everything and I think that's a very great thing

Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to pursue my career in finance and accounting so I chose this curriculum. It is a great pathway in order to build a career as a ca,cfa etc there could be more practical methods of teaching to make it more interesting.

students from all the courses have different opportunities in placements accorsing to their work and skills. many top companies come and recruit students who are capable for their required position. but percentage of direct placement is very low

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of their course, a lot of companies do come in our college through our placement cell of mata sundari college for Women, like KPMG and p&c which do offer placements in our college. The average package offered at Mata sundari is of 5 LPA, the highest package acc to 2022-23 year was 6.6 LPA, so not a lot of scope and dependence of placement through our college. Although the placement rate is 60% in bcom and honors. I am pursuing CA with bcom, so i am not dependent on the placement cell of the college.

A good college to pursue the bachelors degree
Placement Experience :
The students become eligible for campus placements from their last year. The companies that visited the college for campus placements were wipro, TresVista, Flipkart, Aon, Moglix,PlanetSpark, Propacity etc. According to some of my seniors in the same course the highest package was something around 21 lakhs and the average package is about 3-5 lakhs. The percentage of students that get placed is 30%. My plans after getting the degree is to get into a college for my masters degree.

I think after third year students became eligible for campus placement, the average package i think is 3 lakh per annum and the highest offered is 6 lakh yes i know thats very less . But the percentage of students who get placement is 75 which is definitely not bad My plans , actually i am not only persuing bcom but also CA so my plans are simple.. like completing both my degree and then applying for jobs
