The admission is based on the jee mains score and the cutoff for branches like cse and it is around 90k ramk for general outsode delhi student however for inside delhi students it's quite low as there is 85 percent home quita
The course curriculum is decent like in most of the colleges. The first year every branch have same syllabus but from the second year onwards every branch have curriculum accordingly. The syllabus is updated and is not old style
Internships are provided from the beginning of third year however one should have the required skills to grab one. Both paid and unpaid internships are provided so one can participate according to their skills
Placement opportunities are quite decent. Currently due to recession there is a dip in placement but overall it's nice. The average package is around 700000 and the placement rate is also quite good. Decent number of companies visit the college
The fee structure is justifiable as compared to other colleges. The annual fee is around 1.5 lacs which makes it btech a 6lacs course. Scholarship are also there for minority group but for general there is no such scholarship. Placement opportunities are also decent
Campus Life is fine. The location of college is really good. There are a lot of societies both technical and non technical so that one can explore in every field. The campus is really small but the infrastructure is quite good
Teachers are really nice and helpful. Every faculty member is a PhD. The teaching is really good and they really help during theory and practical classes. However some teachers are really strict when it comes to exam sheet checking while some are really lineant. So overall good

The course curriculum is not at par with the current modern industry standards and requires modification. I think new courses should be introduced focussed more on practical learning and less on theoretical knowledge. Moreover, in the present practical subjects also the practicals are those which have no use when applying for ny internship or company interview, So i think the practicals should be changed in that way, so that we are able to do well in our interviews and the chances of on campus selection increase. This problem is not particularly with my college but i think all the colleges in India need to do so.
There are placements available in VIPS-TC. The average package is 4-5 LPA and the highest are around 14-15 LPA. The placements start around 7th semester along with opportunities for internships. I plan to pursue MBA along with a job.
As I have already said earlier that course content is not very relevant and needs to be upgaraded along with the industry standards. I think more focus should be laid on Industry feel and appliction learning and theory must be left behind. I think exams should take place only 2 times rather than 3. Moroever , the marking scheme should also be changed.
The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge students typically study core engineering subject in the first two yearsfollowed by more specialization course in their chosen field
Onward 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements and there will be big companies that visit our college such as Wipro Accenture genpact Infosys and the avg package will be 5 lakhs approx 90% students gets placed
The first year's content is completely irrelevant to computer science and from second year onwards you will start learning computer subjects The teaching should be done with new techniques and not just that old classroom kind teaching
