- This university has recieved very positive ranking from several reputable National ranking agencies for its academics and infrastructure
- The specific course I have choosen to study (biotechnology) has very skilled and great faculty
- Sports and other extra curricular activities are also promoted by different clubs in campus and many completions are being help by university to maintain a competitive and cheerful environment
Dislikes
- Things I just hate was this university have uniform for every course making college life a bit less fun cause everyone wish to dress differently in there college life but not here
- Another thing if you are girl than your hostel closing time will be 8 you will not be able to leave hostel after that
Remarks :
Admission process was very simple First you have to fill a admission form worth 1200 on the certain website of the university and than on the basis of your 12th marks and CUET exam you will get a certain amount of scholarship you can also talk to free councellors of university from the website they will guide you everything about the courses and fees and will book a free visit in campus with a faculty
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum of my specific course (biotechnology) is very well designed make a good combination of theory and lab classes and exams after some certain time period making students to stay in touch with notes and revise daily lectures the laboratory classes are also properly timed and teachers in labs also let you work extra after college or in free lecture if you want to practice something
Internships Opportunities :
Many free intership are given by university got students and university also give some specific time to attend intership if a student want to attend it off campus teacher also guide students for internship if students are lacking any guidance or confidence
Placement Experience :
There is average placement of 7LPA in btech and tie-up with many core companies of every department in btech there is specific placement cell in university to train you for the interview and all other processes there is also free training placement and soft skills classes added in the curriculum from.the 3rd sem to make your perfect from the Start making chances of getting placed with good package increased
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Course I have been studying BTech biotechnology have a tution fee of 105000 and with exam and extra fee it's a total of 135000 (yearly) there is also scholarship given on basis of marks in 12th or CUET exam in 1st year to maintain the scholarship you have to maintain a certain SGPA and above 90% attendance and there are also scholarship for Bihar students (DRCC) and kashmir students also some reservations for DRCC students
Campus Life :
As it's a university with many colleges in one very vast area making socialising a very great thing as there are different people from different countries and states from a very different cultures many competitions are held also making creating chances of socialising many different clubs like NSS NCC and many more as socialising is also a great aspect to work on
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is also good and affordable for DRCC it's totally free only mess charges are taken for others it's 88000 for non AC 2 seater and 150000 for AC 2 seater have a warden and 2 care taker in every hostel 24/7 light and water facility menu of mess is also good which changes according to season free gym sports and paid laundry is available there are also many many PG near University incase you don't like the hostel
Faculty :
Faculty to student ratio is very decent As you have a mentor on every 15 students and the faculty here is very approachable and commutative with a nice nature guiding students very decently skilled teachings and good communication of teacher helps to understand a certain topic very well

It helps to make the education process a student-centric activity. To develop cognitive, psychomotor and interpersonal skills. It helps the teacher to organize effective teaching strategies. To develop students" achievement through continuous assessment, diagnosis and remediation, assessment in co- scholastic area. By continuous evaluation, children can know their strength and weakness. It provides the child a realistic self assessment of how he/she studies. It helps a learner to determine the areas of instruction in where more emphasis is required. Course Curriculum Overview :
In terms of course curriculum the faculty members only teaches that which is required for external exams or practicals. Other than that they don't give any advance knowledge and prepare us for further applications. I think they should more focus on building the skills of the students than preparing them for exams. The difficulty level of exams are also not that high. It is medium level and we can pass that. The 3 hours for the exam are enough.

Placement Experience :
Students from the 7th semester become eligible for the placement and the 6.32 cgpa is the minimum cgpa required to sit in the placement interview. tcs, Flipkart, wipro etc are the companies which visits, but the placement ratio is very low. 24 lpa is the highest placement given by Flipkart and 7 lpa is the average package. approx 60% students get placed. but many of them try to get off-campus placement. i will do mtech from iit after completing the degree.

many companies visit our college but not that famous product based companies so for a good placement one have to apply offcampus (advice of senior) you cannot fully depend on campus placements this is one challenge that student will face that they have to be serious enough and apply by their own perecntage is 95 perecent placed till this date but their packages is not that high 300 plus companies visit evry year highest 50 lpa package 1500 plus paid internships are their average package is seven to eight lpa my plan is to seek for offcampus opportunites
