How much of the percentage in boards and marks in JEE (Mains) are required to get admission in IET-DAVV?

My friend is studying in the CSE branch and in his branch, the general stats are almost all people scored above 80% in boards and JEE 2019 marks are in the range of 130-200.
According to past records, the Closing rank for the unreserved category in the CSE branch 2019 was nearly 30,000 and for the IT branch, it was nearly 40,000.
