No, having Maths as one of the subjects for 12th is not required to get admission at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. But if you had Maths in your 12th, it will be considered in your aggregate. 

Also, you should know that Maths is one of the choices in the first year course curriculum of B.Com. You will have to choose between Maths and Computer Science.
