The Aeronautical Engineering Department was established in the year 2006. It offers B.E.Aeronautical Engineering with an aim to attain excellence and a global reputation in Aeronautical Engineering education and research. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in this branch is 45% marks in 12^th.

Placements:

• In the Aeronautical Branch in 2018, the number of students registered for placements was 42 and the number of students placed was 31.
• The average salary is about 3.4 lakh per annum in Aeronautical Engineering of Kumaraguru College of Technology.
