MAKAUT in house campus has higher opening and closing ranks as compared to JGEC. This makes it clear that students usually prefer MAKAUT CSE. But this does not mean that one institute is better than the other. JGEC is an autonomous college, but it is located outside the city limits.

Having studied CSE at JGEC, I am listing down some advantages of our department-

  1. The CS faculty has strong communication with their students, and they know the strengths and weaknesses of each one of them.
  2. The students get good internship opportunities, and teachers offer ample guidance for publishing their research papers.
  3. JGEC has a better campus life as compared to MAKAUT. The college environment is quite healthy.

Ultimately, the choice is yours. Select the college that best suits your requirements.
