Is the NIT in Mizoram better than the other institutes?

The question is a little ambiguating but I will try to provide some information on NIT Mizoram based on the reviews I got from my friends at the institute.
- NIT Mizoram is one of the ten new NITs. It is an autonomous university having national importance and is AICTE affiliated.
- Due to the NIT tag, the university has a brand value that most private colleges fail to acquire.
- Currently, it has a temporary campus in Aizawl with a lack of excellent infrastructure. The permanent campus is not ready yet.
