New Delhi: Xavier School of Management has successfully concluded its placement drive for batch 2021-2023, where it recorded 100 percent placement record. The highest international offer stood at INR 1.1 crore for the HR domain.
The school of management, XLRI conducted the placement drive between January and February 2023 for its two flagship programs- 2-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management - Human Resource Management and the Two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management - Business Management.

A total of 463 students of the batch have secured lucrative jobs offered through the final recruitment process. The XLRI has stated that around 117 recruiters including 30 new recruiters participated in the placement process, who made 484 domestic offers and three international offers.
This data also include pre-placement offers (PPOs) which were offered to 43.8% of the batch on the basis of their performance during their summer internships.
During the XLRI placements, the median salary offered stood at INR 30.0 lakhs per annum, with the top 10th and 25th percentile averages being INR 57.7 lakhs and INR 46.8 lakhs per annum, respectively. Whereas the highest domestic offer of INR 78.2 lakh per annum came from the ITES sector.

Similarly, the HR domain made the highest international offer of INR 1.1 crore per annum. Some of the top-notch companies who made the highest offers to the batch were Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Bain and Company, Boston Consulting Group, HUL, ITC, PayTM and PwC.
Further, the institute revealed the list of new final recruiters, that is Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Emaar Properties, HSBC, Indigo Edge, Mercedes Benz, Nykaa, Samagra Governance, Shell, Zomato, amongst others.
