New Delhi: Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University has successfully conducted its placement drive for Master's Program in Business Management (MBA - BM) 2021–23 batch with a 100% placement record.
As per the official press statement released by XIM University, every student of the MBA-BM class of 2021–2023 has been successfully placed. Most of the job offers were made in systems, business services, marketing, BFSI, General Management, Strategy and Operations.
In addition to this, profiles offered included Risk Management, Strategic Consulting, corporate planning, corporate Finance, Equity Research, Market Analyst, Supply chain management, Business Consulting, Business Transformation and Strategy, IT consulting, and Business Development.
For this session, the university saw a marked increase in the average salary package offered for MBA UMG students. Over 26% of students from the MBA HR batch have chosen to work for organisations in the manufacturing sector.
With 25% of the class choosing businesses in the IT/ITES sector, it became clear that this was the next popular industry. Following closely behind are consulting with 18%, FMCG with 15% and BFSI, with 11% of the class choosing the professions.
Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management (RM), Sustainability Management (SM), Urban Management and Governance, and Master's in Urban and Regional Planning are among the MBS courses in which placements have been made at the XIM institution (UMG).
