New Delhi: Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar is preparing to organise its three days long "Business Excellence Summit 2022" from September 29 to October 01, 2022 on the campus ground. The event will be held around the theme "Transcending Boundaries".

As per XIM Bhubaneswar, the event will include discussion sessions on relevant issues, exchange of ideas, various engaging activities and a celebration of the past achievements of the institute. The event will be graced by leaders and industry experts of various backgrounds. 

The XIM Bhubaneswar Business Excellence Summit 2022 is a platform in which the institute reflects on its past achievements and shares its future visions and ideas. During the event, participating students will have the opportunity to join leadership talks and panel discussions.

XIM Bhubaneswar said, “The event will comprise leadership talks, panel discussions and engaging activities for the students. The XIM fraternity has always endorsed the confluence of business and society. Business Excellence Summit 2022 would reflect this ideology”.

Referring to the event, XIM Bhubaneswar informed that the summit will be held in the presence of Nishita Ballarsingh Founder of Nexus Power, Shefali Vijaywargiya, Brand Manager of Amul Kool, Sahithi Divi, Director of Mohanam, and Manoj Kumar Swain, Founder of SOCH.

Additionally, Shailesh Paul Vice President (Visa), Shubham Singh CEO, Founder (Craste), Rajesh Srivastav Author, Sarbani Sengupta Vice President Customer Service at DHL Express (DHL) and Swatee Sarangi CHR (Dr Reddy) among others leaders will also join the event. 

Earlier, the institute conducted its Annual Marketing Conclave called “Mercatique 22” on the campus ground on September 11, 2022. The event was organised and managed by MAXIM, the marketing committee of the institute.

The theme for XIM Bhubaneswar Mercatique 2022 was "Driving Growth in the era of New Age Customers" and included panel discussion sessions on various topics such as "Post-pandemic is truly a new age and a new customer", "D2C and Omnichannel transforming retail”, etc.
