XAT 2021: XLRI Jamshedpur will begin the shortlisting process for PGDM admission 2021 soon after XAT 2021 results are out. Candidates can check the application process, dates, cutoff here. 

XLRI Jamshedpur will declare the XAT 2021 shortlist for PGDM HRM and BM programs in the third week of January 2021 once XAT results are out.

Once the shortlisting window is activated for XAT 2021, candidates will be required to fill an online application form to be made available on the official website. Candidates have to select an interview city for participating in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

The institute will release the XAT 2021 cutoff soon after the results are announced. In the shortlisting process, GMAT candidates will also be required to express their interest in GD and PI through online application.

XAT 2021: How to Fill Shortlist Form?

Follow the steps mentioned below to fill XAT 2021 shortlist form and add interview city:

  1. Visit the official website of XLRI
  2. Click on the link indicating 'GMP/BM/HRM Interview Shortlist'
  3. Select course and enter XAT ID
  4. Click on submit to fill the interview city form

XLRI Shortlist 2021 will be released for admission to PGDM General Management Programme (GMP), PGDM Business Management (BM) and PGDM (Human Resource Management (HRM). The dates for filling shortlisting forms are different for each course, the schedule for which will be released soon after declaration of XAT 2021 result

XLRI Admission 2021: Selection Process

After candidates are shortlisted, XLRI will conduct GD-PI rounds from mid of February to March 2021 in cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Jamshedpur. 

For group discussion, candidates will be judged on their leadership qualities, communication ability, clarity of thoughts and demeanour. Students will be grouped in batches of 8-10. 

A topic will be provided for debate, and students will be given a few minutes of time to prepare for discussion in ‘for’ or ‘against’ the motion.
