XAT 2021 Student Reactions and Reviews

Palak said the XAT 2021 Quantitative Aptitude was difficult, but the other sections were easy. "The Verbal Ability and Decision Making Questions was easy. Section of General Knowledge as moderate. I've done XAT question papers in previous years, compared to the XAT 2021 paper, which was easy. I like that," she said.

Neha thought that the XAT 2021 question paper was of moderate difficulty. "The question paper of the XAT 2021 was rather moderate. Some of the questions were easy, but then Quantitative Aptitude was a bit difficult for me. I think it's just because I'm scared of Maths," she said.

Saksham told that XAT 2021 was a moderate paper. "In my opinion, the English section was medium to easy. Out of the four Reading Comprehension passages, only two were difficult and two were doable.  If I'm talking about the Quantitative Aptitude section, it's not a strong point of mine, so I did all right," he said.

Ashutosh Kumar, on the other hand, did not seem too happy with the questions. "I have tried almost 40 questions. The decision to ask questions was not very calculative or very difficult. It was more about ethics and decision-making, that is, what the manager would do in practical scenarios. It's all about that. English was moderate, but it was a very long time. The most difficult question was Quantitative Aptitude, as the questions were very tricky. At all, there was no direct question. GK was all right. Out of the 25, only two to three questions were on current affairs. The rest was from static GK like a national reserve, a national park, etc.," he said.

Another student named Saksham told that the XAT 2021 paper was very easy. "English wasn't tough compared to last year, because I also gave XAT last year. It was a bit long, but quite average, coming to the Maths section. So, we've had enough time to complete 100 questions to be honest with you. Overall, I found it to be a moderate paper. If you did around 70-80 questions, that would be good enough," he said.

Vaishnavi felt that the paper was doable overall, and she performed best in Quantitative Aptitude. "As a matter of fact, the Quantitative Aptitude section was also most of the time I spent in the Quantitative Aptitude section only. Decision Making was also good, and I think one or two reading comprehension passages in Verbal Ability were a bit difficult. Overall, I feel that the paper was quite doable and not difficult. I think the best I've ever given was Quantitative Aptitude. Some of the questions I found out were not too much, but rather too long, because there were two sets, and one set related to Set Theory. So, that was a long time," she said.
