The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) is expected to declare the schedule for Presidency University Entrance Exam for Bachelors and Masters shortly. The application forms are most likely to be out anytime soon. 

The WBJEEB holds PUBDET and PUMDET every year on behalf of Presidency University, Kolkata. Through PUBDET and PUMDET, candidates can take admission into Humanities and Sciences courses provided at Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) level. 

PUBDET and PUMDET were not held in the academic year 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown being imposed at the time.

However, entrance exams will be held for the 2021 academic year. Students need to qualify the exam and shortlist in the cut-off to lock a seat in the programme applied for. The application forms for PUBDET and PUMDET will be out this month and eligible students can apply.

The application forms will be released online on the official website of PUBDET and PUMDET and separate exam schedules will be released for both the entrance examinations.
