VCSG UUHF began the online registration for admissions to the UG, PG, and PhD courses on June 01, 2022. The admission is done on the basis of merit of the marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till July 15, 2022.

Candidates seeking admissions into the UG, PG, and PhD courses offered by the UUHF will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

UUHF UG, PG, & PhD Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses: Candidates must have passed Intermediate Agriculture/ Science with Mathematics or Biology or equivalent examination from a recognized board. 
  • Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses: Candidates must hold a B.Sc. Horticulture / Agriculture/ Forestry/ Biology(ZBC)/ Plant Biotechnology/ Biochemistry degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university. 
  • Eligibility Criteria for PhD Course: Candidates must have passed master's degree in relevant specializations with Grade point 6.5 or equivalent in concerned subjects. 

UUHF UG, PG, & PhD Admission 2022: Selection Process

  • The Admissions Committee will decide the cutoff marks for qualifying the Entrance Test after the declaration of the Rank-wise list of the candidates participating in the Entrance Test conducted by the University.
  • For Masters’ courses in the event of two or more candidates securing equal marks in the UET, the candidate higher in age would be considered. 
  • For Undergraduate courses in the event of two or more candidates securing equal marks, the merit shall be decided on the basis of marks secured in Physics, Chemistry. 
  • In the event of a tie again, a candidate higher in age would be considered.
  • Candidate's admissions shall be made strictly on merit based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam. The University reserves the right to change and shift the examination centre, schedule dates of filling up of form, Entrance exam and Counselling.

UUHF UG, PG, & PhD Admission 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of UUHF @www.uuhf.ac.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 1400 and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.

UUHF UG, PG, & PhD Admission 2022: Entrance Exam 

There will be a single University Entrance Test for admission to all the UG courses. All the candidates (except specified categories) seeking admission to Masters courses shall be required to take Aptitude Test and Subject Matter Test from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on the prescribed date of University Entrance Test.

The Aptitude Test and Subject Matter Test shall consist of 50 and 150 questions for all groups, respectively. The question paper will consist of MCQs in English language only. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
