New Delhi: Uttaranchal University has begun the application process for undergraduate and postgraduate level degree courses for the academic session 2023-24.

Uttaranchal University offers an array of courses UG, PG, Diploma and Research programmes under different departments. Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG programmes can submit their applications till the deadline which is not yet announced by the university. 

Admission to all the courses is based on merit in the qualifying exam followed by an Interview. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://www.uudoon.in/.

Uttaranchal University UG & PG Admission 2023: Highlights 

The university also offers B.Com (Hons), BCA, B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), BA, BA (Hons), LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), B.Pharm.,BHM and Bachelor in Fashion Design at UG level, whereas MA, M.Sc, M.Scs. in Agriculture, MCA and LLM courses are offered at PG level. 

Uttaranchal University UG & PG Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

Btech: 

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with PCM and secured 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category).

BBA: 

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks from a recognized university (40% for SC/ST category).

UG Courses: 

• The basic eligibility for all the courses is a pass in 10+2 with minimum required marks. 

MTech: 

• Candidates must hold B.Tech. /B.E./ M.Sc./ MCA degree in relevant discipline from any university recognized by UGC/AIU/AILTE with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST category). 
• Those awaiting graduation results can also apply. 

MBA: 

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category)
• Candidates must have a valid MAT/ CAT /CMAT/ XAT/ UUEE Score or Percentile.

PG Courses:

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline are eligible to apply. 

Uttaranchal University UG & PG Admission 2023: Selection Process

BTech: 

• Admission is based on merit computed on the basis of marks secured in qualifying examination and rank/merit in JEE-Main

BBA: 

• The university shortlists candidates based on merit in the qualifying exam, who will be further called for the interview round.
• Those who perform well in the interview are selected for admission. 

UG Courses: 

• Candidates are selected on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam followed by an Interview. 
• For B.Pharm., selection is based on merit in the qualifying exam and Uttaranchal University Entrance Exam (UUEE).

MTech: 

• Candidate's selection to the M.Tech course is based on entrance tests conducted by various state, central and private universities.
• Candidates who have a valid GATE/ UKSEE score are granted admission. 

MBA: 

• Candidates are selected on the basis of CAT /MAT/ CMAT/ XAT score conducted by IIMS.
• Candidates with no CAT/MAT/CMAT/ XAT scores will have to appear for the UUEE exam. 
• Short-listed candidates will have to undergo the Interview round conducted by the University.

PG Courses: 

• Selection is based on merit in the qualifying exam and performance in Interview. 
• For M.Sc, admission depends upon merit or an entrance test.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Uttaranchal University @https://www.uudoon.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
