UPRTOU offers UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate, PhD courses in various specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to these programmes can submit their applications till April 30, 2022.

UPRTOU Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria is different for each course. Students should take a note at the following tables to know about those in detail.

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with English as a subject from a recognised board.

BCom

Candidates must have passed 10+2 exams with Commerce as a subject from a recognised board.

B.Sc.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 exams with Science from a recognised board.

BCA

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Maths and English as compulsory subjects from a recognised board or they must have a Diploma in IT.

BBA

Candidates must have passed 10+2 exams with Commerce as a subject from a recognised board.

B.Lib.I.Sc. 

Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline from any recognised board.


PG Courses Eligibility Criteria:

MCom

Candidates must have passed BCom from any recognised university.

M.Sc.

Candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in relevant subjects from any recognised university.

MCA

Candidates must have passed graduation with Maths as a compulsory subject in class 10+2 from any recognised university or they must have completed a 3 months certificate course.

MJMC

Candidates must have passed graduation from any recognised university.

M.Lib.I.Sc.

Candidates must have a B.Lib.I.Sc. degree from any recognised university.

MBA

Candidates must have passed Graduation with minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST candidates) from any recognised university.
  • For admission to the Diploma Courses candidates must have passed 10+2 exam from any recognised board
  • For admission to the PG Diploma Courses candidates must have a graduation degree from any recognised university

UPRTOU Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates can get selected to the aforementioned courses in two ways:

  • Except B.Ed, candidates get selected to the other courses on the basis of their merit and performance in the last qualifying exam
  • For B.Ed. course, candidates need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the university

Candidates can apply to the university through the following steps:

Step 1- Visit the official application portal of the varsity

Step 2- Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3- Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form

Step 4- Pay the application fee and submit the Application form

Step 5- Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs
