New Delhi: The University of Hyderabad has begun the admission process for postgraduate (PG) through the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2023, for the academic session 2023-24. Candidates seeking admission to PG programmes can register online through the official CUET website @cuet.nta.nic.in.

University of Hyderabad offers PG programs are offered in disciplines of engineering, management, science, technology, etc. Candidates intending to enrol for PG program through CUET PG can submit their applications till April 19, 2023.

University of Hyderabad Admission to the PG courses are based on the scores of CUET PG, whereas CAT score is used for MBA and NIMCET scores is considered for admission in the MCA followed by Counselling.

University of Hyderabad PG Admission 2023-24: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

In order to enrol for University of Hyderabad PG Programmes, candidates will have to fulfil the following requisite eligibility criteria;

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50/55/60 percent marks in relevant subjects from a recognized university.
• For core papers, the merit list will be determined based on the scores of the candidates.
• Candidates are also required to score a minimum of 50 marks in the qualifying papers to be considered for admissions to PG programmes.

University of Hyderabad PG Admission 2023: Selection Criteria

Candidates will need to fulfil the following requisite Selection Criteria;

Selection Criteria:

• Candidate's selection to the PG courses will be done on the basis of merit in CUET PG followed by a counselling conducted by the university.
• The NIMCET scores will be considered for admission in MCA courses whereas admission to 11 MTech courses will be done through GATE scores.
• MBA admissions will be based on CAT scores and MSc biotechnology admission will be through GAT-B.

The university has informed that after attempting the CUET 2023 exam, candidates seeking admission to UoH programmes will be required to apply separately through an online application available on the official UoH website @acad.uohyd.ac.in. However, candidate's shortlisting will be done on the basis of their CUET-2023 scores.

Step 1: Go to the official application portal of NTA CUET @cuet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the registration link and register yourself after filling all the required details.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the login page, use your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Next, pay the requisite application fee and submit the application form.

Step 5: You can take a print out of the application form for all your future references.
