The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science (KNRUHS), Telangana, Warangal has issued conduct of the mop-up phase of the online counselling for the allotment of vacant MBBS seats under Management Quota after round 2 counselling process.
KNRUHS has released the conduct to fill the vacant seats of MBBS in admission 2020-21 in various private un-aided Minority / non-minority medical colleges in Telangana.
Candidates who have provisionally verified their certification after registration for Management quota and candidates whose names appear on the final merit list for Management quota are eligible to exercise web options.
On the other hand, those candidates who were provided admission in the previous Phase of counselling and candidates who have joined the course in an institute but wish to change the Institute could participate in the web choice filling process.
Further, candidates who were not allotted seats in any phase of counselling or candidates who have not yet joined or discontinued after joining are not eligible to participate in the web option filling process.
The web option filling process is to fill the vacant seats in Management quota for B and C (NRI) category candidates. Hence candidates who have joined the course in All India Quota or Deemed University Counselling are not eligible to participate in the web option filling process.
The details of vacant seats in Management quota of MBBS Admission will be available on the official website till December 28, 2020. The seats allotted to candidates who have not joined up to December 29, 2020, will be considered vacant seats and will be considered for allotments.

MBBS Admission 2020: Important Notice
Candidates could check the following section to know the important notice issued by KNRUHS for the MBBS Admission 2020 to fill the vacant seats in Management Quota.
- Candidates will be considered to the category in which they have registered (B or C (NRI))
- After the completion of all the options of NRI Quota admission, the remaining vacant seats will be available for non-NRI category candidates.
- Candidates who have not registered for NRI (C) category but are interested to join in NRI Quota by paying the NRI fee could also participate in the option filling process for the leftover NRI seats

Telangana MBBS Admission 2020: Important Instructions
Candidates who wish to participate in the web option filling process could check the following important instructions.
- Candidates whose name appear in the final merit list for the Management Quota could participate in the web option filling process and apply in all medical colleges according to their preference.
- Before participating in the online choice filling process, candidates should clearly go through the prospectus for the regulations of KNEUHS which is available on the official website.
- There is no limitation in the number of colleges to fill in the option filling process. Candidates applying for vacant MBBS seats in Management Quota could apply for any number of medical colleges according to their preference.
- Apart from the notified vacant seats, seats vacated by the candidates who have joined in the previous phase of counselling will be added simultaneously. The previous seats will be cancelled once the candidates applied for the option filling process
- Management Quota B & C (NRI) seats in Minority Medical Colleges will only be allotted to Muslim Minority candidates. If Muslim Minority Candidates aren’t available, then the seats will be available for Non-Muslim Minority candidates.
- The option filling process should be opted only to get admission in the preferred college. If they don’t prefer to get seats in any of the colleges, then they should not opt for the option filling process.
- Applicants should exercise options for B Category and if eligible for C (NRI) Category according to their preference of course and college. The seats will be allotted based on the preference made by the candidates. They could also opt for the leftover seats for the NRI category.
- If seats are allotted to candidates according to their choice/ preference in the mop-up phase of counselling but they did not join the course, they should be paying INR 3,00,000 of the bond amount along with the tuition fee of the entire course and will be debarred from admission in KNRUHS for 3 years.
- Candidates can participate in the online choice filling process from home or anywhere with good internet facility
- Candidates will be sent One Time Password (OTP) to their registered mobile while saving the web options. Candidates should save the web options and take a printout of it for future reference
- If seats are allotted, candidates will be receiving a message in their registered mobile number.
- Candidates who were allotted seats should download the seat allotment letter and pay the university fee through online before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter
- Candidates should participate in the certificate verification process in the allotted college to confirm their admission.
- After getting selected, candidates should report to the principal of the allotted college with the original certificates.
- Candidates who have slided from one college to another medical college should college their custodian certificate, tuition fee, and bond from the previously admitted college.
- If the candidates fail to report to the Institute on the mentioned date, then the seats remain cancelled automatically
- A penalty amount should be paid if candidates discontinue after 4 pm on December 29, 2020, to get their original certificates. They will be debarred to get admission in KNRUHS for 3 years
- Candidates who were allotted seats under the NRI category should provide the relevant sponsorship letter from NRI relative in original along with photocopies.
