NEET 2020 exam was successfully held on September 13, 2020. Now, TN MBBS Counseling 2020 will be conducted in offline mode to maintain transparency. The officials of TN MBBS have informed that in-person counselling is necessary to ensure transparency.

As per sources, NEET 2020 exam results are expected to be out by October 12, 2020, on its official website. 

Following the release of results, candidates will need to register at tnmedicalselectin.net. The application process will be conducted in online mode followed by the offline submission of the filled-in applications.

Tamil Nadu Medical Committee will announce the rank list in the third week of October. While for the PG medical courses, Dr. Naryana Babu, DME, informed that admissions were conducted in the state during the lockdown. They held online counseling for them. 

On the other hand, Tamil Nadu MBBS Counseling will be conducted in offline mode. Travel relaxation will make it easier for students to attend in-person counseling. 

Dr. Naryana Babu further stated that the TN Medical Committee will take all precautionary measures, including social distancing norms during counseling to assure the safety of the students and staff members.

Furthermore, the first round of counseling will most likely begin in the last month of October for over 4000 Tamil Nadu State Quota and Medical Seats, as well as the government and management quota seats. 

Once the results are out, they will release the final schedule for TN MBBS Counseling. Moreover, the academic year for first-year MBBS students might begin from November 2020.
