New Delhi: Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu has released the rank list of Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS admissions under the Government as well as Management quota. Interested candidates can now check the rank link through the official website.

DME will conduct counselling of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2022 for 85% seats under state quota and 100% seats in self financing colleges in Tamil Nadu. Candidates who have qualified a spot in the merit list will be called for TN NEET Counselling 2022. 

Three rounds of Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2022 including a mop-up round will be conducted. During Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS counselling students will be asked to submit their choices of courses and colleges they wish to get admission into. Based on the choices filled, NEET UG score, state merit rank, reservation, and other factors, Tamil Nadu MBBS seat allotment will be done.

Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2022: Counselling Procedure

• Pay the counselling fee of Rs 500 for government colleges and Rs. 1000 for self financing colleges via demand draft in favour of “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10”
• Download the call letter for Tamil Nadu MBBS counselling from the link which will be provided here. Candidates will have to enter their application number and DOB to download the counselling call letter.
• The call letter will mention the date and time for counselling of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2022.
• Report to the counselling venue as per the schedule.
• Ensure to carry all the required documents for counselling of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2022.
• During Tamil Nadu NEET 2022 counselling candidates will be asked to submit the choices of courses and colleges.
• Candidates can submit as many choices as they wish.

• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 11 marksheet
• Class 12 marksheet

• Candidates applying under special category will have to carry the filled special category form (special category include persons with disabilities, sports persons and ex-servicemen)
• Candidates who have studied class 6 to 12 from Tamil Nadu will have to submit parent’s certificate as a proof of domicile
• Candidates who have partly completed class 6 to 12 from outside Tamil Nadu will have to submit nativity certificate
• Community certificate
• Transfer certificate
