New Delhi: St. Stephen’s College has decided to consider conducting UG admissions via Central University Entrance Test (CUET 2022) followed by an interview process.
Although Delhi University's St Stephen's college has implemented CUET 2022 as an entrance exam for UG admissions, it doesn't intend to rely on it completely.
The college has planned to conduct an interview for the candidates who qualify the CUET 2022 with valid scores for admissions into its undergraduate courses.
St Stephen's Admission 2022: UG Admission Policy
According to the St Stephen's UG admission policy, around 85 percent weightage would be given to the entrance exam, CUET score, while the remaining 15 percent weightage would be given to the interview round.
Having CUET 2022 as an admission criteria similar to DU admissions is very new and different to St. Stephen's College.
Being a minority institute, the college has always had its own admissions policies which are entirely different from other DU-affiliated colleges. In fact, the college had its own cut-off list, which was also different from the cut-off lists released by DU.

He said that the college has insisted on conducting admissions for the academic session 2022-23 with an 85:15 ratio to CUET score and interviews, contrary to DU’s directions.
