In the past few years, there has been a significant change in the character of the workplace in terms of design and employee expectations. The Designathon intended to learn how these emerging talents envisage the dynamic workplace of the present and the future in this area. It was also a chance for students to develop and collaborate through real-world exposure to workspace design and understanding how they address the difficulties ahead. The programme was a huge success, and we look forward to expanding its scope next year.
