New Delhi: Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) has successfully concluded its placements 2023 for the class of 2020-22, by witnessing the highest international package being offered at a whopping amount of 82,000 USD.
SIIB Placements 2023 recorded the participation of premiere companies, and the highest domestic CTC was INR 20.17 LPA. The average and median domestic CTCs were INR 11.32 LPA and INR 11.02 LPA, respectively.
The SIIB placements for the class of 2021–2023 are in full swing. According to the official SIIB press release, the highest placement offered till date is INR 39 LPA, and the highest PPO offered was INR 34 LPA.

The highest domestic salary for an MBA programme in Agribusiness was recorded at INR 16.80 LPA, while the median and average salary stood at INR 9.96 and INR 10.37 LPA respectively.
The highest international offer was a staggering 82000 USD. The international job offers had a median and average salary of INR 17.55 LPA and INR 29.52 LPA respectively.
Several large corporations, including ITC-ABD, UPL, Adani Wilmar, NCDEX, ADM Agro, Rallis, MSD Pharma, IIFL Samasta, Federal Bank, IDFC First Bank, Spice Money, IFFCO Kisan, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Tolaram Group, Infosys, Centor India, East West Seed, Gyan Dairy, Tata Sky, and many others, sought out the students of the MBA Agribusiness.
This specialty included jobs in consulting, agricultural input, agricultural value chain, commodity trading, rural banking and insurance, and food and beverage manufacturing, among others.
In addition to notable companies, Agri-tech, rural finance, agri supply, and value chain management job opportunities were offered by up-and-coming start-ups including Avanti Finance, DeHaat, Fasal, Vegrow, BharatRohan, and Waycool.
The highest, average, and median wages for an MBA programme in Energy and Environment were INR 15.42 LPA, INR 10.16 LPA, and INR 9.72 LPA, respectively.

Many organisations provided positions in ESG and other related fields as a result of the discipline's emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). Some of the roles offered were in supply chain management, sales and management, business analysis, sustainability & climate change consulting, and ESG data analytics.
A handful of successful alumni who have led the emerging business sectors can be attributed to the industry-driven teaching, the leadership skills developed, and the global immersion. SIIB wants to introduce a new group of market leaders with this placement season.
