December 19, 2020: Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) Bhopal’s Management and Commerce Faculty organized a webinar to promote Indian Education Methodology to guide a stress-free environment and to integrate ‘Mind, Body, and Spirit’.
RNTU Bhopal organized the webinar in collaboration with the Management Department of Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS), Anand Vihar College for Women (AVCW) Bhopal, and Vardhaman College, Bijnor.
Sangeeta Jauhari, Head of Management department and IQAC Coordinator at RNTU Bhopal started the webinar with a formal welcome. About 642 people joined the webinar on ‘Innovative Approaches to Manage Everyday Stress’.
Successively, Associate Professor at the Management Department of Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS), Lila Simon highlighted the importance of organizing a webinar on providing guidance to manage everyday stress during the unprecedented pandemic time.
Assistant Professor Simon further added that to overcome stress, one must control their mind to see positivity in almost everything. Additionally, one must remember that everything that happens in life has a good reason.

Rajeev Agrawal was the chief guest of Webinar’s Inaugural Session, who is the President of Association of All Industries, Mandideep. He emphasized controlling stress by using the body to put stop loss to the mind.
A certified Therapist and Founder of Anahata, Trisha Kaushik was the first expert speaker in the Webinar session. She highlighted the power of the subconscious mind, it’s working, and healing process.
Moreover, she taught various stress healing ways such as:
- Giving positive affirmation to oneself in the morning and before going to bed.
- Walking barefooted in the morning on bare ground for a few minutes as a grounding of human systems.
- Drinking water with reverence.
- Some breathing exercises to help bring in more positivity and release stress.
Ravindra Pathak, Associate Professor at Jiwaji University (JU) Gwalior was the second key speaker at the webinar. He emphasized various key ways to control stress to lead a successful life.
For instance, being honest and faithful to oneself, realizing inner strengths, identifying one’s purpose in life. Besides exercising, yoga, practicing meditation, and consuming healthy food are a few ways to control daily stress.
He further added, connecting with positive minds, having a hobby, and leaving things beyond one’s control are effective in leading a successful happy life.
