The School of Applied Management, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) has introduced a two-year Master course in Management i.e. M.B.A. Graduate students from any stream can apply for the course.

The newly launched management course aims to provide holistic and management-oriented education to the students. RGPV designed the course to equip the students with required conceptual, interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities, so as to develop competent managers capable of working in any sector of organized activity. 

RGPV M.B.A Programme: Duration

The newly introduced management course is of 2 years duration. Each year consisting of 2 semesters. Upon the completion of course, candidates require minimum 5.0 CGPA to be eligible for the award of M.B.A degree by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.

RGPV M.B.A. Programme: Eligibility Criteria and Seats Offered

To be eligible to pursue this course, candidates must hold a graduate degree. There are a total of 60 seats offered by the University under the M.B.A. Programme. Check the eligibility details given below before seeking admission to the programme.

Graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for non-reserved category candidates and 45% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) candidates of Madhya Pradesh.

Candidates appearing in the final year/ semester can also participate in the admission process of the MBA course. However, they have to mandatorily qualify the required graduation degree in order to be eligible for final admission. Reservation to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates shall be applicable as per the norms of MP Government.

Candidates must note that the bachelor's degree pursued by them should be of at least 3 years duration after passing class 12th examination.

Candidates who will opt for hostel facility will have to pay additional INR 2400/- (per semester) as the hostel fee. Along with the Hostel caution money of INR 4,000/-. 

Every semester candidates will have to pay the examination fee as well, which is INR 1,300/- per semester. Candidates who wish to avail the transport facility will also have to pay the transportation fee as per RGPV norms.
