The National Testing Agency has officially dismissed the rumours around the NEET 2021 question paper leak. The response came after NTA recognized the spread of various rumours regarding the question paper leak for the medical entrance exam on social media platforms. 

National Testing Agency, NTA confirmed on Friday, September 10, 2021, that no question paper has been leaked ahead of NEET (PG) and NEET (UG) Exam 2021 conduct. 

Referring to the NEET 2021 Examination question paper leak, the NTA Director-General Vineet Joshi said, “It’s fake. Students are advised not to believe such news". NTA has further directed students not to believe the news without confirming the sources. 

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) examination for both UG and PG levels are scheduled to commence on September 11 and September 12, 2021, respectively. 

Earlier, #OperationNEET was on-trend on various social medical platforms which indicated that the upcoming medical entrance examination, NEET 2021 which is conducted by National Testing Authority has been leaked. However, no evidence for the same was released. 

Under #OperationNEET on Twitter, various students who are preparing to appear for NEET 2021 examination requested an investigation before exam commencement.

"Things come into #OperationNEET is very serious, as we can see seats are sold out with high rates. This is the complete failure of Modi Govt, the way Govt playing with the future of Lakh of students is very shameful. We demand a high-level inquiry in this matter." Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress Tweeted.

"Some are claiming to have leaked the NEET paper which some group sold to selective people. A serious investigation is needed before conducting the exam. Postpone NEET-UG immediately, " NEET UG Students Association tweeted.

Dismissing the fake news, National Testing Agency (NTA) argued students to be aware of such misleading information speared on social media platforms.
