KEA will conduct KCET 2020 as per the schedule on July 30 and July 31, 2020. There will be no change in the exam dates, and the entrance exam will be conducted with all COVID-19 safety measures. COVID-19 positive candidates can also appear for the exam, and the authorities have made special arrangements for them.

The Health Department of Karnataka has issued COVID-19 safety guidelines for aspirants appearing for KCET 2020.
Candidates who have been tested positive will have to obtain a medical certificate stating that he/she is fit to appear for the entrance examination. It is mandatory for the aspirants to wear a mask and reach the exam center. Candidates will have to wear the mask in the examination center as well.
The state government has directed the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) to avoid overcrowding at the exam center before the commencement of the exam and after the conclusion of the exam. Aspirants must also maintain social distancing and avoid conversations with others in the exam hall.
Invigilators at the examination halls will have to make sure that they get a signature of candidates with adequate social distancing. Aspirants will have to carry their own essentials such as stationery, a small sanitizer, and a mask.
However, there will be no change in the exam schedule of KCET, and aspirants will have to follow the safety measures and take the exam.
