NMAT 2020 (by GMAC) will commence today; November 4 across all test centres, following strict COVID-19 guidelines. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is conducting the exam in 66 test centres across 52 cities. 

As the exam is being held amid a pandemic, both candidates and exam authorities of NMAT 2020 have to follow necessary guidelines to ensure safety of all.

NMAT 2020: COVID-19 Guidelines at Test Centres

The conducting body, GMAC has ensured NMAT 2020 test centres need to adhere to exam guidelines issued by MHA. Accordingly, following guidelines have been issued for candidates, test centres and coordinators:

  • Lockers have been provided at test centres for candidates to keep their backpacks and mobile phones before entering the exam hall.
  • Candidates and officials without masks are not allowed to enter the examination centre.
  • Some of the candidates have also worn face shields for additional protection. The authority has allowed wearing face shield within the venue.

NMAT 2020: General Instructions

NMAT 2020 candidates need to follow these guidelines at the exam venue:

  • Candidates need to bring these items to attend the exams: NMAT 2020 Admit Card and ID proofs 
  • ID proofs include a driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card.
  • Candidates have to report at the exam centre, minimum of 30 minutes before the exam commences.
