New Delhi: Centre for Corporate Law, National Law University Odisha has introduced a single credit course on 'Introduction to Private Acquisitions’. The course will aim to fill the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application of corporate and its allied commercial laws.
As per NLU Odisha, the course will be organised by the Centre for Corporate Law with Mr Puneet Rathasharma, Partner of KT Advisors LLP and Akash Srinivasan, Associate at Khaitan and Co. in hybrid mode for a duration of 25 teaching hours.
This course will be attended by a total of 60 students, who are currently pursuing their LLM degree from the National Law University, Odisha. The course is specially designed to introduce participants to the practice of corporate teams at law firms.
Through this NLU Odisha course, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the subject areas that form a law firm through a holistic educational experience. The instructors will share their experiences with attendees to help them understand the concepts.
At the end of this program, candidates will be awarded a certificate on the basis of their performance in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based evaluation test. The test will be conducted after the completion of the course curriculum.

In addition to this, NLU Odisha is inviting applications for admission to BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), and LLM Programs for the academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates can apply for NLUO Admission 2023 through the official website at nluo.ac.in.
