New Delhi: Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies, NLU Jodhpur has collaborated with the Bankruptcy Board of India to offer a joint three-day certificate course on "Changing Paradigms Of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016".
Under this collaboration between NLU Jodhpur Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies, and IBBI, both parties will work together to create awareness regarding the legal Insolvency regime in the country among various stakeholders.
The joint certificate program aims to introduce Legal Practitioners, Academicians, Professionals, and students to the rapidly evolving and changing paradigms of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The program is open to all academicians, professionals, and interested students.
Applicants can submit their NLU Course 2022 registrations on the official website of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India at ibbi.gov.in. Early bird registrations for the program are open only until January 13, 2022.
Following the notice released, the last date to apply for a three-day online CIBS & IBBI Certificate Course 2022 is January 19, 2022. Fee for Indian applicants is INR 2000, while for international applicants, the fee is USD 200 (USD 100 for UG / PG / Ph.D. Research Scholars).

Step 1: Visit the official website of either NLU Jodhpur at nludelhi.ac.in or IBBI at www.ibbi.gov.in.
Step 2: From the notice board, click on the latest "NLU, IBBI Certificate Course 2022 on Insolvency Code, 2016" notification link available.
Step 3: Read the course details with care and click on the "registration link" available under the registration section.
Step 4: On the next page, a google form link will appear. Enter your details as required and pay the application fee with care.
Step 5: After entering the details, review your application and click on submit to complete your NUJS, IBBI Certificate Course 2022 Registration process.
As per the official Insolvency Code, 2016 Certificate Course Notice, the course will be delivered under the “IBBI Guidelines for Association for Summer/Winter/Short Term/Certificate Courses with Academic Institutions/ Civil Services Academies/ Judicial Academies, 2021”.
