National Law Institute University, Bhopal has released the instructions for admission against vacancies on its official website. Read the article to know more. 

NLIU Bhopal stated that vacancies have arisen on October 15, 2020 after completing the admission process of candidates selected through  CLAT 2020 Third Allotment List

Candidates who have appeared in CLAT 2020 and interested in seeking admission through this need to fill the admission form published at the official website and later in this article. The form should be duly filled and submitted by 5 PM of October 19, 2020.

NLIU Bhopal Admissions 2020 Against Vacancies Process

  1. Candidates who have appeared in CLAT-2020 and are eager to seek NLIU Bhopal admission against current/upcoming vacancies must:
    • In the case of B.A.LL.B., deposit an amount of INR 89,000/- (Rupees Eighty Nine Thousand Only) And in the case of LL.M., INR 75,000/-(Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) Only by electronic mode using the option of PayTM Fee Collection (click here) or by NEFT as specified below by 05:00 p.m. Bank account details are as follows in NLIU Bhopal's account of 19 October, 2020:

    • Submit Form-I to admission@nliu.ac.in and submit Google form by 5:00 p.m. at the latest. October 19, 2020.
  2. Form -I received after 5:00 p.m. of 19 October 2020 shall not be entertained and no candidate other than those who have duly sent their Form-I as per the notification will be considered for admission.
  3. The names and other details of the candidates, strictly accordingly to merit, whose Form-I have been received as per the above prescribed mode will be displayed at www.nliu.ac.in by 7:00 p.m. on 19 October 2020. If the name of a candidate who has complied with the conditions given in para 1 above but his/her name is not appearing in the list displayed at 7:00 pm of 19 October 2020, he/she must contact the University by sending an email to admission@nliu.ac.in latest by 11:00 a.m. of 20 October 2020 failing which no request in this regard shall be entertained by the University. A merit list of candidates for provisional admission will be displayed at www.nliu.ac.in by 1:00 pm of 20 October 2020 and such candidates shall be required to comply with the instructions given in the merit list.
  4. The University shall have the right to fill up, any additional vacancy, if any, that may arise in future.
  5. A candidate who fails to comply with any of the two conditions given in para 1 above, it shall be conclusive that he/she is not interested in taking admission at NLIU Bhopal. Consequently, this offer for admission shall stand automatically withdrawn and no request shall be entertained by the NLIU in this regard.
  6. The candidates named in the merit list displayed at www.nliu.ac.in by 1:00 pm of 20 October 2020 are advised to keep visiting University website: www.nliu.ac.in for further updates.
  7. The amount of INR 89,000/- (Rupees Eighty Nine Thousand Only) in case of B.A.LL.B. and INR 75,000/-(Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) in case of LL.M. will be non-refundable but adjustable in the fee payable by the candidate. However, after the deduction of processing fee i.e.INR 1,000/, an amount of INR 88,000/- (Rupees Eighty Eight Thousand Only) in case of B.A.LL.B. and INR 74,000/- (Rupees Seventy Four Thousand Only) in case of LL.M. will be refunded to the candidate if: (i) a candidate is admitted to any other University to their higher preference, or (ii) he/she is not admitted to NLIU, Bhopal. A candidate eligible for refund is required to make a refund claim, send deposit details and bank account details for the refund of applicable amount along with the Forms-I & II. 
  8. NLIU shall not be responsible for: a. refund/adjustment of any fee and charges paid to CLAT – 2020 Office or to any other University, and b. cancellation of admission by any other University.
