New Delhi: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surathkal, Karnataka, is inviting applications for admission to its PhD & MTech (Research) programme for the December session 2022-23. Interested candidates can apply online till November 22, 2022.
NIT Karnataka offers PhD courses in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Humanities, and Management. Interested students can apply at their official portal nitk.ac.in
To apply for NIT Karnataka Admission 2022, the applicant must have an MTech/ MSc/ MCA/ MA/ CA in the relevant field with a minimum 60% score or equivalent CGPA. A 5% relaxation is allowed for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Full-time students on Institute Scholarship must have cleared GATE/ UGC–CSIR exam/ DAE-JEST. The GATE score, academic achievement in the qualifying examinations, written aptitude test, presentation on a research idea, and interview will be considered when selecting candidates for admission to the PhD programme.

NIT Karnataka PhD & MTech Admission 2022: How to Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website of NIT Karnataka at nitk.ac.in
Step 2: From the homepage, select “Call for Admission to M.Tech (Research) & Ph.D Programmes 2022-23”, click on “Application link,” and register yourself
Step 3: Fill in the application form with the right details and required documents and pay the application fee.
Step 4: Submit the application form to complete the NIT Karnataka PhD Admission 2022-23 process.
The complete application form, payment receipts, and copies of all required documents must be submitted to the Assistant Registrar (Academic), National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, Srinivasnagar, Mangalore -575 025, Karnataka by 24-11-2022. (Thursday).
On the envelope, state "Application for Ph.D. or M.Tech. (Research) Admission in the Department of."
