New Delhi: NIT Hamirpur has begun the application process for the summer internship "Vritika" for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @nith.ac.in by July 15, 2022. 

NIT Hamirpur has invited the applications for short-term research internship/ training under the SERB Accelerated Vigyan Programme (VRITIKA). Interested candidates can apply for the internship program till July 15, 2022. 

It should be noted by the candidates that the mode of the internship is offline and there's no fee for this internship program and no scholarship or stipend will also be provided to the selected candidates.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Hamirpur will select a total of 4 aspiring students for the summer internship program, Vritika, which is a call for initiation and practice in science through training and skill internship. 

The programme aims to provide opportunities to promising PG students from universities and colleges to get exposure and hands-on research skill development experience. 

NIT Hamirpur Summer Internship 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who are currently pursuing M.Tech courses in Therma or equivalent discipline from a recognized university/ institution/ college and having a strong orientation towards scientific research are eligible to apply. 

NIT Hamirpur Summer Internship 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of NIT Hamirpur @nith.ac.in 

Step 2: On the home page, search for the latest notification section and download the official internship notification. 

Step 3: Read the details thoroughly and apply by filling the google form. 

The internship will be given for meeting daily necessary expenses such as stationery, consumables, accommodation, food, etc. However, it will not contain any stipend for them. 

The interns will also be eligible for TA reimbursement for their journey to the host institute from their hometown/ home institute both ways as per GOI norms.
