New Delhi: National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur MBA Admission 2022 is open till May 10, 2022. Interested candidates can go through the brochure issued by Department of Management Studies for the academic year 2022-23. 

NIT Hamirpur has begun the online registration for MBA programmes from March 8, 2022. After successfully filing the online form within May 23, candidates need to send the hard copy along with required documents to the Dean (Academics) within May 31, 2022. In case some seats remain available, those will be given to the next line of candidates, selected on the basis of their merit.

To seek admission to the NIT Hamirpur’s two year long MBA Programme, the candidates need to fulfil certain criteria. Here are the basic criteria, as mentioned in the official brochure:

• Applicants must have CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or 60% marks in case of the OPEN/ EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates in the Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration

• SC/ ST candidates will require a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale or 55% marks in their Bachelor’s

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the weightage assigned to multiple management admission tests such as CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT along with their test percentile.

Before sending out the hard copy of the application form, students need to apply online. Here are the steps to apply for the MBA programme:

Step 1- Visit the official website of NIT Hamirpur, dedicated solely for the admission purpose

Step 2- Register on the portal with a valid email ID and working mobile number

Step 3- Pay the prescribed application fee (INR 1200 for the Open/EWS/OBC candidates and INR 600 for SC/ST candidates) through SBI Collect

Step 4- Log in to the admission portal and fill the form with required details

Step 5- Submit the form online and get a scanned copy of the filled up form

Step 6- Paste your passport size recent photo and signature in the allotted spaces
