NIPER(National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research) organized its 8th e-convocation on Friday, July 24, 2020 in which around 270 candidates were awarded their certified degrees.
In the COVID-Era., the Pharmaceutical Candidates of NIPER are expected to globally play a vital role in the healthcare industry.
In the context of Hyderabad, as a vaccine capital in the world has manufactured around 2 billion vaccines every year. Out of which, nearly one-third of vaccines contribute globally.
KT Rama Rao, Cabinet Minister Telangana govt claimed in his statement about 800 life sciences and 1,20,000 employees as pharmaceutical professionals. Additionally, he motivated the candidates to opt for various entrepreneurial opportunities in order to become successful job creators
K Satish Reddy, Board of Governors Chairperson addressed some amendments being made in the pharmaceutical industry even in this pandemic situation and also mentioned several challenges to be undergone by the aspirants.
Out of 270 graduates, there are 198 MS Pharm Candidates, 57 MBA Pharm.and 24 Ph.D. scholars.
