Round 1 of Telangana NEET UG counselling has been started. The counselling is being conducted by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS). Applicants who are eligible can apply on the official website; tsmedadm.tsche.in
As per the schedule released by the conducting body, candidates will be able to fill in their choices by December 4. Candidates who wish to take part in the Telangana NEET counselling should finish the choice filling process before that.

Two rounds of counselling will be conducted by the KNRUHS. Applicants who do not get any seats in the first round can try in the next round. Those who do manage to secure a seat but are not satisfied with their allotment can also choose to upgrade their seat in the second round.
The conducting body will allocate the seat to the participants on the abscess of their rank in the merit list and the availability of seats.
Telangana NEET UG: Steps to Apply For Round 1 Counselling
Applicants who want to participate in the counseling should be named in the provisional merit list released by the University. After that, they will need to register on the counselling portal. Applicants can do so by following the given steps.
Step 1: Visit the official site; tsmedadm.tsche.in
Step 2: On the homepage on the right side, you will find the option for web counselling
Step 3: Click on web options phase 1
Step 4: After that, a new web page with instructions will be shown. Click on I understand and proceed
Step 5: After that enter your roll number, rank, mobile number, and registration number
Step 6: Enter your OPT and then validate
Step 7: After that, you will be asked to enter your choices. Enter them according to your preference
Step 8: Submit the form and take its print out

Telangana NEET UG: Counselling Details
The university will conduct 2 rounds of counseling and an additional mop-up round if vacant seats are left. After the allotment is done, candidates will be asked to report to the allotted institute where document verification will take place. Applicants need to bring all their documents in original for verification.
