New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has now declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG Result 2022 on September 07, 2022 (today) on its official website at neet.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in for all registered candidates to check and download.

As per NTA, candidates who appeared for the NEET UG Exam 2022 held on July 17, 2022, in pen and paper mode can now check their result status, subject-wise marks secured, total scores, All India Quota (AIQ) rank, and other details by logging onto the result page.

Along with NEET UG Result 2022, the exam authority has also published the NEET 2022 Final Answer key on the official website in PDF format for applicants to check. Candidates must note that the final key which is now available on NTA's official website can not be challenged.

This year, the NTA has successfully conducted the NEET UG 2022 exam for a total of 18,72,341 registered candidates, out of which 16,14,777 aspirants have appeared for the exam as per the schedule. The exam was held in 3750 NEET UG exam centers across the country.

NEET UG Result 2022: Know How to Calculate Scores Here

After the release of results, candidates can calculate the marks secured in NEET UG Exam 2022 by following the formula mentioned below:

Total Marks in NEET UG = (4 x number of correct answers) - (number of incorrect answers).

Following the NEET UG 2022 Marking Scheme, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted in case of each incorrect answer. In case of pending questions, no marks will be given or deducted from students.

NTA will start the NEET UG counselling process after the declaration of results. The counselling authority will prepare the merit list for admission to UG courses in NEET scores accepting colleges based on all India ranks of applicants.

Those who meet the cut-off criteria will be eligible to apply for counselling process. The factors which will be considered for determining the NEET UG Cutoff scores are:
