New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) recently published the seat allocation results for the NEET counselling 2022 session with stray openings. Applicants to the Stray Vacancy Round can check their provisional seat allotment at mcc.nic.in.

All applicants are thus notified that for NEET UG, starting with Round 2, the records of candidates who joined through the All India Quota or state quota is to be disclosed between the Medical Counseling Committee and state counselling authorities.

It is being done in accordance with the directives issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Contempt W.P (C) No. 289 of 2022 Shubhankar Patnayak Vs. K. Ramesh Reddy & Ors.Seats for NEET UG Counselling Allotment in 2022 Extra Round. 

As a result, the State Counseling authorities' list of applicants who participated in state counselling up until the Mop Up Round of counselling is attached.

The MCC stated in its notification that the candidates were eliminated prior to the Stray Vacancy Round allotment process in accordance with the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

The aspirants are now encouraged to take note that the 28th of December 2022 is the deadline for joining or admission (for MBBS) in the undergraduate counselling 2022 to be held by states. 

For BDS and B.Sc. (Nursing) seats, there will be a second mop-up round and a stray vacancy round; the date for these rounds will be posted on the MCC website soon, the MCC added in the notice Here.

NEET UG Counselling Allotment for Stray Round: How to Check?

Step 1: Visit the official site at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the UG Medical Counseling tab.

Step 3: The Provisional Seat Allotment for Stray Vacancy link will open a new page; click on it.

Step 4: Look up your name and your NEET UG Roll Number, and download it for future reference.
