New Delhi: On the MCC's official website, mcc.nic.in, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced changes to the NEET UG state counselling 2022.

Today, November 23, 2022, MCC published a list of participants in NEET UG 2022 Round 1 and Round 2 Counseling. 18,856 individuals applied to round 1 and round 2 of AIQ, deemed, and central universities, according to the MCC list.

The MCC advised that candidates who had already enrolled at the institutions to which they had been assigned could not renounce their seats or take part in additional rounds of counselling.

The Supreme Court ordered MCC to adhere to a rigid counselling programme in October 2022. “Hence, the state counselling authorities are requested to follow the schedule in letter and spirit to comply with the directions of the Supreme Court and to avoid any contempt in this regard,” a MCC notification read.

Prior to November 23, 2022, the NEET UG state counselling mop up round was scheduled to begin. Candidates who received a seat were expected to report to the colleges to which they had been assigned between December 4 and December 10.
