National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the application window for NEET-UG 2020. Candidates can edit their application form on the official website (ntaneet.nic.in) from September 22-30, 2020. 

As a fact, candidates who appeared for the offline exams of NEET 2020 on September 13, from 3-5 PM can correct their form details if required. NTA has, however, restricted the edits to the following fields:

  1. Mother’s Name
  2. Father’s Name
  3. Category
  4. State Code of Eligibility
  5. Gender
  6. Person with Disability
  7. Nationality

The latest notification by NTA reads, "In view of the hardships faced by the aspirants of NEET (UG)-2020 in making corrections in the particulars in the Online Application Form due to COVID- 19 epidemic, the National Testing Agency is once again providing the facility for making corrections in the particulars in the Online Application Form."

NEET 2020: Application Correction 

NEET 2020 candidates who intend to correct their application form, have to visit the official website and thoroughly check their details filled earlier. 

Once the checking is over, candidates will be able to detect the fields that require correction. Also, such fields should be in compliance with the aforementioned fields specified by NTA.

Earlier, the NEET 2020 application correction window was opened till July 30, 2020, for over 15 lakh candidates to correct application forms. 

NEET 2020 Application Correction: Important Instructions

Any correction will not be entertained through fax or application by email. As this will be the last chances, the student needs to carefully make the correction. 

Candidates need to take note of the matter that all the applications sent earlier to the authorities for corrections will not be considered. As the correction window has been activated again, students have to verify their details and make changes, this being the ultimate opportunity.
