New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has the online registration process for NEET PG counselling mop-up round, from today, March 3, 2022. Candidates will be able to register for the NEET PG mop-up round counselling at the official MCC website mcc.nic.in.

The committee issued a notice on its official website stating that the registration for the mop-up round of NEET PG counselling will commence from today, i.e March 3, 2022, and the online registration window will be activated till 12 noon on March 7, 2022.

Candidates interested in registering for the NEET PG mop-up round can do the same till March 7, 2022. The choice filling facility will be available from March 3-7. While the verification of internal candidates by the respective University/ college will be done on March 8 and 9, 2022.

The council will declare the NEET PG mop-up round seat allotment result on March 12, 2022.

NEET PG Mop-up Counselling 2021: How to Register? 

In order to register for the NEET PG mop-up round, Candidates are required follow the steps provided below. 

Step 1: Visit official website mcc.nic.in. 

Step 2: on the homepage, navigate to the PG counselling and click on registration link. 

Step 3: Now, login using NEET PG Roll Number and Password. 

Step 4: Complete registration form with appropriate details and pay the fee. 

Step 5: Check the details and hit the submit button and take a printout of the form for future reference.

About NEET PG Counselling 

With the help of the NEET PG online counseling, the seats in the Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), PG Diploma and DNB CET courses will be filled in the AIQ category. Candidates who have qualified the NEET PG 2021 exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

This year, the MCC has planned to conduct four rounds of online counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, AIQ Mop-up Rounds, and AIQ Stray Vacancy Round.

Candidates who have qualified for 50% All India Quota seats based on their rank in NEET PG 2021 will be eligible to register themselves for the counselling round.

Earlier, the NEET PG round 1 seat allotment result was released on January 22, where a total of 18218 candidates were allotted a seat in Round 1 counselling and round 2 was released on February 17. 

On the basis of the NEET PG cut off candidates will be called for the counselling process. A total of 6,102 colleges and 649 hospitals are expected to participate in NEET PG 2021 Counselling and more than 9,900 MD, 10,821 MS, 1,979 PG Diploma and 1,338 DNB CET seats will be offered to candidates.
