MCC has released the list of candidates converted from Indian to NRI for Mop-up Round Counselling of NEET MDS 2021-22. Earlier, the authorities asked the candidates to support their claim of change of nationality from Indian to NRI through email by October 25, 2021. Now, MCC has released the list of such candidates. The candidates who have been listed have been converted provisionally from Indian to NRI for NEET MDS 2021 Counselling. However, the candidates need to produce the original documents at the time of reporting.
The seat allotment is done for All India 50% All India Quota only. For the other 50% of seats, the counselling is held by state-wise designated authorities. Only the candidates who have qualified NEET 2021 are eligible to participate in the counselling process. NEET 2021 Counselling includes registration, choice filling, and seat allocation.

- Allotment Letter
- Passport, Visa of the sponsorer.
- NRI's Relationship with the candidate.
- Affidavit from the sponsorer stating that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.
- Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer.
- Mark Sheets of MBBS / BDS (of all the examinations)
- MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate.
- Internship Completion Certificate / Certificate from the Head of Institution or College
- Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI
- High School / Higher Secondary / Birth Certificate (Date of birth proof)
- Valid ID Proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card)
- SC / ST / OBC / Disabled Certificate issued by the competent authority
NEED MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination. No other entrance examination, either at the state or institution level, is valid for entry to MDS courses. The scores obtained in NEET MDS will be accepted in most of the top-ranking dental colleges in India. Various state exam boards also accept NEET MDS scores to grant admission for various dental courses offered by institutes in the state.
