New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a letter announcing the start of the security deposit return process for all qualified applicants who applied for the NEET Counselling 2021.
Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the commencement of the refund process of the security deposit of all the eligible candidates who appeared for the NEET Counselling 2021.
Candidates have been encouraged to maintain their respective bank accounts active until the refund process is completed, as the MCC is about to start the reimbursement process.
The refunds will begin on June 10 and will last for 10 days, according to the notice.
"It is hereby communicated to all candidates who have participated in the UG Counselling 2021 that the refund process of all eligible candidates' security deposits for the UG Counselling 2021will begin on June 10, 2022 and will be completed by June 20, 2022 from the official of HLL, which is the financial custodian of MCC," the counselling body stated in its notice.
As a result, until the refund process is completed, the candidate must keep their card/bank account active. The bankers will be unable to finish the refund process if the card/bank account is closed before the refund is completed. Because bankers will take a long time to identify and return unsuccessful refunds to the Financial Custodian, and because legal formalities must be followed in order to initiate a refund to a new bank account, a refund to a new bank account will take a long time. The MCC reminded the candidates that neither the Financial Custodian nor the MCC would be responsible for any delays.
If you have any refund-related questions, please email financemcc@lifecarehll.com.
Direct refund/payment inquiries to MCC will not be answered, according to the letter.
NEET counselling was conducted by the MCC for All India Quota seats/Institutional Quota/Domicile (internal candidates) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/Banaras Hindu University/University of Delhi/Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi), (Wards of ESIC insured persons) seats of collages under Employee State Insurance Corporation and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune).
