NTA has further extended the last date for NEET 2021 Phase 1 & 2 Form correction from Oct 14 to Oct 26, 2021. The candidates need to remember that they can only change fields like gender, nationality, email address, category, sub-category, and details in the phase 2 registration form. The form correction facility will also be available for the candidates who have made one-time corrections in these details earlier. Furthermore, NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration window has been re-opened from October 21 to 26, 2021. 

Candidates must ensure that they carefully check and verify their registered email ID as NTA will send the scanned copies of the OMR sheet and scorecard on the registered email id. In case, the entered email address is not of the candidate, then he/ she is advised to edit the same and provide his/ her own email ID.

How to Make Corrections in NEET 2021 Application Form?

• After submission of the application form, candidates will receive a self-generated correction slip.

NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration

NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration has restarted from October 21 to 26, 2021. In NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registrations, the candidates have to enter the details of the profession of their parents and their income. In the official notice, NTA stated that “The second set of information needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the Result/ downloading of Score Card during the period that would be notified separately through the NEET (UG) Portal in due course. All candidates shall fill up each set of information on the Application Form at the respective time of availability. In the absence of filling up of any of the set of information, his/her candidature will be canceled.”

• Visit the official website.
• Log in to the portal.
• Enter your application number, password, and captcha
• Click on Log in.
• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• Click on Verify and Proceed for Correction.

Note: In case, the candidates do not have either of the parents, they are supposed to enter the professional and income details of their guardians.
