NEET 2021 Answer Key (Provisional) has been released by NTA along with the recorded responses and OMR Answer sheets on Oct 15, 2021. As per the official notice, candidates can challenge the provisional NEET 2021 Answer Key as well as any recorded responses from the scanned image of the OMR answer sheet till Oct 17, 2021 (9:00 pm). NEET 2021 has been successfully conducted on September 12, 2021, in PBT mode across 3858 test centers located in 202 cities. Candidates can refer to the unofficial answer keys released by various coaching institutes while challenging the provisional NEET 2021 Answer Key. Candidates must note that the challenges submitted by them will be verified by a panel of experts, and if found accurate, the answer key will be revised accordingly. - Visit the official website.

- Login using your credentials- application number and password.
- The questions will be displayed in the given sequential order:
NEET UG 2021 50+50+50+50 Questions Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology - To challenge the correct option displayed as per NTA, click on the check box of 1 or more of the other 4 options.
- You can even submit supporting documents by uploading a file by clicking on the ’ choose file’ option.
- Click on Save claim and the screen will display all your challenges to NEET 2021 Answer key.
