New Delhi: The Narayana Business School has begun the registration process for the Narayana Business School Aptitude Test (NBSAT) 2022 for the academic batch of 2023-25. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal @https://nbsat.nbs.edu.in/, by December 5, 2022.

Narayana Business School (NBS) conducts the national-level entrance exam, NBSAT for granting admissions into its PGDM/MBA programs. Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM/MBA programme can submit their applications till December 5, 2022.

The NBS aptitude test (NBSAT) is mandatory for taking admission in PGDM–Dual specialization, PGDM Data Science & Analytics, PGDM-Quantitative Finance, and MBA+PGPCE programmes offered by the B-school.

The business school is expected to conduct the NBSAT 2022 exam on December 11, 2022, for which the result would be declared on December 17, 2022. Post the result declaration, the NBS will begin the slot booking procedure for GDPI from December 18, to 20, 2022, till 4 PM.

NBSAT 2023: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates appearing for the NBSAT 2023 Exam would have to fulfil the requisite eligibility criteria. 

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance and must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade at 10th, 12th and graduation.
  • Candidates in their final year of the bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications and are awaiting results can also apply.
  • Candidates must have studied Mathematics/Statistics at class XII level. Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, Computer Applications or Statistics would be an added advantage for PGDM Data Science and Analytics.
  • Candidates must have studied Mathematics/Statistics at class XII level. 
  • Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics or economics would be an added advantage for PGDM Quantitative Finance.

NBSAT 2023: Selection Process

  • Candidate's selection to the NBSAT 2023 exam will be done on the basis of shortlisting for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD-PI)
  • A candidate will be shortlisted for further admission process (GD-PI) on the basis of their overall NBSAT Score. 
  • All the shortlisted candidates will be intimated for GD/PI dates.
  • The cut off for shortlisting will be calculated separately for each program based on their overall NBSAT Score.
  • Only the candidates who have undergone NBSAT + GD-PI would be considered as eligible for generation of final merit, wait and reject list. 

NBSAT 2023: How to Apply? 

Candidates will have to register at the NBS website to fill the online application form. Go through the following steps to register for the NBSAT 2023. 

Step 1: Visit the official application portal @admission.nbs.edu.in and Click on Register

Step 2: Enter name, email ID, phone number, State, City, and Course to register

Step 3: Now, Log in with the ID received in email to fill the application form

Step 4: Select preferred courses and key in your personal and academic details

Step 5: Upload a passport sized photo and scanned signature

Step 6: Pay application fee and submit the Application form. Take a print out of the form for all future needs. 

NBSAT 2023: Exam Details 

  • The B-school has designed the NBSAT ENTRANCE Exam to measure the candidate’s ability in Quantitative Techniques (QT), Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy (DI & DA), Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning (AR) and Reading Comprehension (RC). 
  • The NBSAT 2022 includes important topics as covered in the other Management exams like CAT, XAT and MAT.
  • The NBSAT 2023 Exam will be an Online Proctored Exam, which will be conducted for a duration of 120 minutes.
  • Since NBSAT is an objective test, the question will have four responses and candidates must choose an appropriate response. 
  • There'll be no negative marks.
  • Candidates using any unfair means will forfeit their chance of being considered for admission and will be debarred from receiving NBSAT scores.
